The MAC VOLUME WASH is a static cold water system specifically engineered for high volume, low pressure applications, making it the ideal solution for environments where fast and thorough rinsing is essential. Designed to accommodate either single or twin pump setups, the system offers flexible outlet options—1, 2 or 4, depending on the model selected.
Available in a durable powder-coated steel cabinet or a premium full stainless steel housing, the MAC VOLUME WASH provides exceptional reliability and long-term performance even in demanding industrial and commercial settings. With water flows of 30–40 litres per minute per outlet and a working pressure of 4–6 bar, this system is perfect for tasks where volume rinsing is more important than intense pressure.
Each unit is fitted with vertical multi-stage high-flow pumps and features the intuitive 21TECH PLC system, offering programmable run times (5–20 minutes), hour counters, and the option to add automatic stop/start or timed shutdown systems. Its bulk water feed design, frost protection, and cabinet insulation ensure reliable year-round operation, even in colder climates.
